High-performance titanium front brake caliper bolts from RSR Moto.

Suitable for many bikes fitted with non-radial Tokico calipers including:

  • Kawasaki ZX-6R, ZX-7R, ZX-9R, ZX-12R, ZRX1100, ZRX1200
  • Suzuki GSX-R750 (not suitable for GSX-R750 K1-K3), GSX-R1000, GSX-R1100, Bandit 1200, Hayabusa, TL1000R, GSX1400

Please make sure the bolts on your bike match the dimensions below:

  • M10x1.25x35
  • Shank diameter: 10 mm
  • Head diameter: 16 mm
  • Length (not including the head): 35 mm
  • Thread pitch: 1.25 mm

Note: Most standard bolts in these applications are M10x35 or M10x38. Where bikes are fitted with 38mm bolts, there is usually 2-3mm of protruding thread.

Installation

  • Clean out the receiving threads with a tap
  • Apply a small amount of high-strength thread lock
  • Torque each bolt to the manufacturer's specification for the original fastener
