Shipping Policy

We try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). We may take a little longer during busy periods.

UK Orders

Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail 48 which aims to deliver within 2 - 3 working days of dispatch. This is the only service offered on carbon fibre products.


Products that are not carbon fibre can also be shipped by Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail Special Delivery at additional cost.


Please note: Replacements/refunds for lost UK items will only be issued after 10 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery.

International Orders

International orders are fulfilled using Royal Mail/DHL/UPS/DPD. Delivery is usually made within 5 - 7 working days of dispatch. Please note: Replacements/refunds for lost international items will only be issued when 30 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery.

Customers automatically receive an email with tracking information as soon as their order has been dispatched. 


If you are not in when the courier calls, they will leave a note with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. Please respond promptly to prevent the parcel being returned to us.


We will not provide refunds for parcels that show as delivered on the courier's tracking page.


Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds given on overseas orders that are returned to us because the item is unclaimed by the recipient. 

Important notes:

  • Customers are fully responsible for the payment of all taxes and import duties. Under no circumstances will these be reimbursed by RSR Moto.
  • RSR Moto is a UK company and our products are not covered by EU General Product Safety (GPSR) regulations. GPSR related documentation is not supplied.

  • Our products are fully compliant with the General Product Safety Regulations 2005, as required under UK legislation.

    Additionally, our products were already available for sale on the EU and Northern Ireland markets before 13 December 2024. Therefore, they are exempt from the new EU regulatory requirements introduced after this date.
